I believe that cognitive behavioral therapy can also be integrated in marriage counseling. I have read various articles on this and I find that its application is so varied and effective as it deals with wide range of psychological and emotional problems. The underlying theory of CBT is that our emotions are affected by our cognitions – “We feel what we think.”
